Piku fails to maintain the much created hype at the box office

Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irfan Khan Starer 'Piku', was expected to create much thunder at the box office, but the day did not go as expected for the film.

Shoojit Sircar directed Piku managed to collect Rs. 5.32 Crores as its first day revenue which is quite less than the Akshay Kumar starer 'Gabbar is back'.

Mr. Bachchan with his extraordinary image along with Irfan Khan and Deepika Padukone with their acting skills received high praises from the critics but the box office collection was quite low.

It is expected that the movie will do some good business in coming days. Let's see how does this movie makes its way out, with 'Gabbar is Back' and 'Avengers : Age of Ultron' running successfully and making a great deal of profit at silver screen.

Salman Khan found guilty in 2002 hit-and-run case : Sentenced five years of imprisonment.

The bollywood's most popular khan, Salman has been found guily today in 2002 hit and run case. The judge at Mumbai session court orderd him five years in jail as punishment.

Many bollywood actors came out in support of Salman including his family members, who were present in te court at the tine of verdict. Salman denied all the charges against him and said that he was not driving the car. Apparently, the judge turned down his statement.

He said, "All charges against you are proven. Court has come to conclusion that you were driving the car under the influence of alcohol." The Defence asked if he could pay all the compensation that is required, but the Public Prosecutor demanded a maximum sentence of 10 years for Salman Khan.

The actor was seen in tears when the verdict was being read out. His mother is not keeping well. Even both the sister Alvira and Arpita could not control their emotions and tears rolled down their cheeks.

Finally, the judge announced his decision that the actor is guilty and will be sent to jail immediately for 5 years. He will be taken into custody from the court. Security has been tightened. Salman gets to meet only his family members.

Bollywood is an industry where every person comes with a hope, to see himself/herself as a successful actors. With so many newcomers coming down the line, there are numerous scripts for every one of them. But, among them only few gets the recognition. The rest satisfy themselves with small roles or an item dance. This case happened to be true with Sunny Leone.

Sunny who appeared with a bold personality in Jism 2 said that the Bollywood industry is biased, and she herslef has faced the inequity.

"There is discrimination in Bollywood in terms of the roles that I am offered, and also in relation to my past. I am not here to follow my past, but to carve my future in Bollywood. However, there are a lot of people in Bollywood who discriminate against me. I don't want to do something that is illegal in this country. I want a chance, and I hope that there is some sense of acceptance," says Leone.

Moreover, the actress said that she is content and happy with people who cast her and show their confidence in her. She quoted,

 "Most of the people don't cast me, thinking that she is good for only one thing. But there are a few others in the industry, who show support. They give me a chance. They think I can add value to their film. I want to work with someone who wants to work with me"

Sunny will be seen playing a Bollywood  Diva in her upcoming movie 'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai' opposite Ram Kapoor. The movie is scheduled for the release on May 8, 2015.
